Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

All financial transactions on the 36bet platform are governed by the following rules:

Fraudulent Activity

Welcome Bonus

The 36bet welcome bonus is up to 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. For the maximum bonus, depositing ৳26,000 or more gives a ৳15,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from a bonus. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier is 10x.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until wagering is complete.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• 36bet reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotional offer.
• A bonus may be cancelled if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraudulent use.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback benefits according to their tier (0.2% to 1.0% from Bronze to Platinum).

Game Participation Rules

All games on the 36bet platform are operated through third-party game providers. These games determine outcomes through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and operate on fair play principles.

If a transaction remains incomplete due to a technical issue during a game, 36bet reserves the right to settle it according to its records. The data stored on the game provider's server will be considered final.

Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events:

• A bet will not be considered valid unless a confirmation that the bet has been accepted is received.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
